Our Story
As a Filipino, there's nothing quite like the comforting aroma of freshly baked pandesal wafting through the air in the early morning. It's a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation, and it's something that we take pride in. When I started my own pandesal business, I wanted to share this experience with the world. I wanted to introduce the beauty of pandesal to other cultures, but also respect their preferences. That's why I decided to modify my recipe to cater to the Malaysian market, without compromising the essence of the traditional pandesal. After countless hours of experimentation and tweaking, I finally found the perfect recipe that Malaysians would love. Soft, fluffy, and oh-so-delicious, my modified pandesal has quickly become a favorite among my customers. But make no mistake - even with the modifications, I have not strayed from the essence of the pandesal. It still retains that familiar taste and texture that we Filipinos know and love. Pandesal baking is not just a recipe, it's an art. It takes years of practice and mastery to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
